Do I need to buy special hardware?

No. The board runs in any web browser — a smart TV, a Fire Stick, an old PC, a tablet, or a monitor you already have on the wall. Open your private link once and it runs on its own.

Does it change anything in my Tekmetric?

Never. ShopRPM has read-only access — it shows what's already in Tekmetric and can't create, edit, or delete anything. Your advisors keep working exactly the way they do today.

How many screens can I put it on?

As many as you want. Front counter, shop floor, waiting room, the owner's office — every screen in your shop uses the same private link.

How fast can I be up and running?

Usually the same day. Connect your Tekmetric account, send us your logo, and we set up your board. We'll tune it to your shop's RO labels and workflow in the first week.

Is my shop's data safe?

Each shop gets its own private board — no other shop can see your data. Everything is encrypted in transit and protected by Cloudflare, and the board only reads from Tekmetric. We never sell or share your data, and we keep only what the board needs. Read our privacy policy.

How much does it cost?

$200 a month per shop location, billed monthly by card. That covers the board on every screen in your shop, hosting, updates, and support. Add-ons like the Bay Tracker are extra and month to month. There's a one-time $300 setup fee, which is waived for our founding shops.

Can I change what the board shows?

Yes. Every board is set up around your shop: your RO labels, your techs, and the layout you like (Full or Overview). Add-ons can be switched on or off any month, and if you need something specific we can quote custom work.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. It's month to month — cancel anytime, and your board stays on through the end of the month you've paid for.
